OUR SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be processed on the next business day. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your orders. We want to give you the best quality products and low prices. Therefore, we sometimes reduce costs by getting our products straight from our suppliers throughout the U.S. and Canada to our valued customers. All orders will incur a minimum $9.95 shipping fee. We will do our best. If you urgently need the products to meet a deadline, additional fees may be added to expedite your shipping. The fee may vary depending on your location
Once we ship the goods to our customers, we strongly recommend that you keep track of your packages through your carriers. Please make sure that you provide the correct mailing address because we will not be responsible if the customer does not provide an accurate address. Should you receive a damaged item or an error in your order caused by us, please send an e-mail with your order number in the subject line to WEDDINGTHEMESHOP within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will send out a replacement at no cha.
The shipping cost varies depending on the product(s) being shipped. At checkout we may ship your products via UPS, FedEx or the US postal services. Some of our products are drop shipped to our customers.

Order inquiries
All domestic orders are tracked.  If you want to know the status of your order(s), the best way to contact us is through email with the order # in the subject line. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. Our drop shipping method allows us to sell to our customers with affordable prices. However, drop shipping may cause a slight delay to track all orders that are immediately sent out by our suppliers. We want to apologize in advance should you encounter this problem.

We can only exchange broken items free of charge. Our products are intended for one time usage. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Should you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately with a copy of your order(s) and we will replace the item with no additional charges.
WEDDINGTHEMESHOP reserves the right to make amendments to this agreement at any time. Amendments may be the result of changes in economic, legal, or other factors that affect the business of WEDDINGTHEMESHOP.
We do not ship to other countries. We only ship to the continental U.S. We are not able to ship to APO boxes.
